Devizes

On Sunday we ministered at the church in Devizes, Wiltshire where David Fiddy (ex football referee!) is the pastor and he didn't give us a red card! The service was lovely. A real blessing. After the service David's wife Margaret served us a delicious meal at their home together with their children Nathanael and Bethany.

Thanks to Deaconess Deborah Maria, Deacon Dedé and Brother Roberto Tiburtino for their kind comments on this blog. Please remember that if you don't post your name I have no way of knowing who wrote. Last week someone wrote in England a comment (I deduced this from the wording) but I don't have a clue who it was which is a pity.

It is getting gradually colder in England so Brazilian readers will be interested to read that when I go out I wear a vest, a shirt, a thick cardigan and a thick coat! 4 layers of clothing to protect from the cold!

This week we are in London at Liz's sister Eunice's house and her husband Jon. On Sunday we will be in Bristol ministering at 10:30 am at the Bristol Ivy Church (BS6 5JD) and ministering at 5 pm at the Bristol Pentecostal Holiness Church (BS10 6EA). Please be at one of these venues if you can!

The Brazilian contaminated alcoholic drinks crisis grows with 225 cases under investigation and 16 of these cases have thus far been confirmed. Drinks contaminated with Methanol (cheap alcohol) sell for half normal prices and makers of legitimate alcoholic drinks fear the government will end up banning all sales so as to contain the growing crisis which is killing people.

We will be leaving the UK a month today and returning to Brazil.

On Sunday I saw 3 Red Kites.
