Our granddaughter Beatriz (Bia) is back in hospital with a severe allergic reaction to something, though allergy to what is the question, but it is probably an antibiotic she had started taking. She is swollen, is full of red blotches and has breathing difficulties. Please pray for Bia. 

Our deacon Dedé on his motorbike has been involved in a head-on collision with a car driven by a youngster. He is in hospital under observation because he has fractured 7 ribs and has pleural effusion. Please pray for Dedé who is the leader of our little Ipueira church.

The 'Life Squad' consisting of Pastor Rafael and Brother Roberto Tiburtino have been evangelizing in the men's prison again. Please pray for this arduous work.

The Southern Wren sings joyfully outside my office window and House Sparrows constantly invade our kitchen to pick up any crumbs on the floor.

I am going to the doctor's this afternoon to have my ears syringed prior to the ups and downs of flying next week which can be painful on one's ears. I will be having my hair cut really short on Monday so that it will last me while I'm in the UK.
