Action School Fire

Early in July the Manaira Action School was given a second hand fridge, to help with the food side of the school, by a visitor from our Campina Grande church. During the School holidays it was not switched on but yesterday they switched it on preparing for the return to lessons. Unfortunately the fridge later caught fire, burnt completely out and bought down part of the ceiling, and the black smoke means the whole place is going to have to be cleaned up and repainted. Gratefully nobody was in the building at the time. An investigation is now going on about where this fridge exactly had come from and what had been done to it prior to it being given to the school.
